Do you feel like you'd benefit from being active outdoors in nature? Would you like to meet people and connect with your community? Would you like to learn new skills and get involved?
Forest Farm Peace Garden may be a good place for you to start. We offer support for people experiencing low-level mental health recovery needs, such as depression, anxiety, isolation, recovery from long-term illness.
We offer a friendly and welcoming space to participate in a range of inspiring activities, such as gentle gardening, growing food and medicinal herbs, education workshops, harvesting and cooking, mindfulness in nature and arts & crafts. No experience of gardening or working outdoors is necessary.
Programmes at Forest Farm Peace Garden
We currently run two programmes at the Garden.
1) Core ecotherapy programme
Our Core Ecotherapy sessions run every Wednesday and Friday, is free to attend, and open to all adults who meet our inclusion criteria. It offers placements of up to a year with monthly induction days for new people

2) GREEN SHOOTS for women aged 18-24
