Simple food fermentation workshop

Give your gut-biome a boost this spring! Yes, that’s the amazing ecosystem of micro-organisms that you’re carrying around in your digestive tract. Regularly consuming fermented foods can really help to get those friendly-bacteria multiplying. One of our buddies, Vicky, will be sharing some simple sauerkraut recipes with us. Please bring a clean, medium-sized glass jar with a lid if you can.
